Terms and Conditions for Art Commissions

1. General Terms

• By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
• These terms may be subject to change without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated to ongoing clients.
• The commissioned artwork is for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Payment

• Payment is to be made via my Ko-Fi

3. Process and Deadlines

• Commissions are typically completed within a week, but usually less, depending on the complexity and my current workload. Delays will be communicated.
• I will send regular updates, including a rough sketch for approval before proceeding. Additional updates can be requested.
• The client may request up to 3 rounds of revisions for free. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

4. Usage Rights

• Personal Use: You may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes, such as posting on social media (with credit), personal prints, or display. You cannot use the artwork for commercial purposes unless we agree on that beforehand.
• Commercial Use: For commercial use (merchandise, branding, etc.), additional fees will apply.
• I retains all rights to the artwork, including but not limited to use for portfolios, self-promotion, and marketing purposes.
• You may not claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are not available once the final artwork is delivered.
• If you cancel your commission before it’s completed, a partial refund (based on progress) may be issued.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason. In the case of cancellation on my part, a full refund will be issued.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Please provide clear and detailed references for your commission. This includes visual references, character descriptions, and any important details to ensure I create what you envision.
• If you have a deadline, inform me beforehand. Rush commissions may incur additional charges.

7. Prohibited Content

• I reserve the right to decline any commission requests that include content I am uncomfortable with, including but not limited to:  offensive or political imagery, sexual content, or anything that conflicts with my artistic capabilities.

8. Final Product

• The final product will be delivered digitally via email
• If you need a specific file format or size, please communicate this at the start of the commission.
